A message from the School Food Support Service:
If children are planning to have school meals and have a special dietary requirement, their parents/guardians will need to fill out a special medical request form (downloadable from here). Without this form being completed we will not be able to supply the child with a special menu. The special dietary medical form will also need to be signed by a health professional, for example a doctor, dietician, school nurse.
We will make every reasonable effort to comply with the child's dietary requirements, however this is not always possible because of manufacturers' variations to food items, which are outside our control.
